This is an 2018 document that focused on community-based regeneration in areas with high levels

of empty homes. We followed demonstration projects where community-based organisations were bringing empty homes into use. The intention was to understand what works, as well as the challenges faced. We wanted to share their experiences to encourage other organisations

and areas to look at how community-based regeneration could work in their neighbourhoods.
